The Ray White Catanzariti Family Group; set to kick more goals with a stellar line-up of finalists for the 2023 Real Estate Business Awards

By Rachel Devery

The results just keep coming from the high-performing team at the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group. Following a clean sweep at the RateMyAgent awards last month, the team have again wowed the industry with several finalist nominations in the Real Estate Business Awards for 2023!

It’s no secret that the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group is becoming a well-known, leading brand on the northern Gold Coast. With so much growth and recognition over the past 12 months, it would seem that the Group may need to consider upgrading their trophy shelf to a trophy room, after receiving a further 4 finalist nominations in the upcoming Real Estate Business (REB) Awards which will be held in May.

The REB Awards, which began in 2013, provide national recognition every year to leading real estate professionals and offices who are dedicated to raising the bar of the real estate industry, and who go above and beyond for their clients. For over a decade, the REB Awards have provided the benchmark for real estate excellence around Australia.

This year, the awards will once again celebrate the best and brightest that the industry has to offer, and the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group are certainly standing out as leaders after being shortlisted as finalists across 4 categories.

The Group’s young rising star, Brad Wilson, was nominated for Australia’s Young Gun of the Year, and sales veteran, Jason Atkinson, for Sales Agent of the Year. The sales division of the Group was shortlisted as a finalist for Sales Office of the Year, which also meant that it came as no surprise that the Group’s Principal and Director, Peter Catanzariti, was nominated to take out Australia’s Real Estate Principal of the Year.

With each category containing only ten finalists, the nomination alone means that the nominees can consider themselves to be among the top ten in their fields Australia wide.

‘Receiving these nominations from REB is a testament to the fact that we are providing the world class service that our Group constantly strives for’, Peter said.

The humble Principal and Director, known for his focus on people and culture believes that a win for him, is a win for his entire team.

‘I’m humbled to be nominated as Principal of the Year. I would like to thank the entire team who made this possible, you truly are the heart and soul of the business’, he said.

REB Editor, Grace Ormsby, said that the REB applauds this year’s finalists, and that the organisation is ‘looking forward to recognising the individuals and organisations across the real estate industry that have demonstrated their passion for, and resilience in the sector, and cared for their clients in their local area with dedication and devotion’.

In deciding who will take out the top places, the awards are peer-reviewed by a panel of well-regarded judges. The highest scoring winners will be announced at a black-tie gala ceremony to be held at The Star in Sydney on Thursday May 4th.

‘Whether we win anything or not, we are just looking forward to attending the gala event and celebrating our wonderful industry with peers from around the country,’ Peter said.
