New data reveals that three suburbs on the Northern Gold Coast have made the region’s list of top five suburbs for families. According to statistics from Aussie Home Loans and CoreLogic, 63.05 percent of homes in Upper Coomera have children.
Upper Coomera was one of the three northern suburbs to make the top five local family-friendly suburbs, with 64.8 of Pacific Pines being occupied by families, and 68.1 percent of Maudsland being occupied by families.
Peter Catanzariti, team leader for Ray White Upper Coomera believes that Upper Coomera will continue to see growth with many plans having been completed and developed recently. The brand-new shopping centre, Coomera City Centre has recently opened, providing residents with a Coles, various restaurants, discount variety stores and more.
The Coomera Town Centre is well under way and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. Peter Catanzariti says that developments like these will cause growth in Upper Coomera and surrounding areas as it will create more jobs for nearby locals.
