Record Month during March

The 4209 marketing is still booming, and with the Commonwealth Games being held currently, it is continuing to draw attention to the Gold Coast, and in particular the 4209 area with some of the events being held in the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre. The month of March was a record month for the Ray White Upper Coomera office for settlements and unconditional sales.

As a team we have almost passed our total sales for last year and have over $10 million worth of unconditional sales that will settle soon. Whilst the Commonwealth Games are a major contributor of the continually booming market, there are also a number of other factors that are driving it aswell. The Coomera City Centre, located in Upper Coomera has recently opened providing locals with a Coles supermarket, liquor land, a variety store, hairdressers aswell as restaurants and cafes. In Coomera, the Coomera Town centre construction is continuing with the shopping centre expected to be completed by Christmas this year. The sports and aquatic centre which will be located in Pimpama is also drawing attention towards the 4209 area however, it won’t be completed until at least two years after the Commonwealth Games.

Ray White Upper Coomera’s team leader Peter Catanzariti believes that the 4209 market will continue to boom after the Commonwealth Games as a result of the Coomera Town Centre and the Pimpama Sports and Aquatic Centre, which is due to be complete well after the end of the Commonwealth Games.
