Construction of the Subdivision of 4 Kristins Lane, Upper Coomera will begin on Monday 12th August 2019. In order to carry out the subdivision, a portion of Kristins Lane, Upper Coomera will be required to be closed off to all traffic for the 10 week duration.
There will be advance warning and detour signage in place to warn drivers that the road will be closed. The works that will be carried out will include but not be limited to; Earthworks, sewerage and water reticulation, stormwater drainage and roadworks. It is estimated that the entire subdivision will take approximately 16 weeks, weather permitting and for any other reasons beyond our control that may hold up the works.
