Christmas in Upper Coomera

It is that time of year again where we celebrate Christmas, and give to those who are in need. Ray White Upper Coomera and Salvation Army in Upper Coomera would like to thank everybody who contributed to our “Little Ray of Giving” Christmas appeal this year

Many people contributed by donating toys and food to help brighten up the Christmas of many families in need. On Monday the 14th of December, the Salvation Army at Upper Coomera came and collected the toys and food that was donated.

Don’t forget that there are some fantastic Christmas Light displays on Forest Oak Drive (Candy Cane Lane), the Gold Coast’s most festive street, here in Upper Coomera.

Ray White Upper Coomera Team Leader Peter Catanzariti said there was substantial interest from buyers in Forest Oak Drive due to its reputation as a Christmas destination. “People want to buy where there is a community spirit and Candy Cane Lane is about that,” he said.

From 5:30pm-9pm each evening, starting Monday 18th of December until Sunday 24th December, road closures will be in place at Forest-Oak Drive to manage the traffic. Visitors are encouraged to park in the Coomera Grand Shopping Centre carpark (Masters carpark) on Old Coach Road and walk to the street. This fantastic display captures the Christmas spirit and one of the most wonderful times of the year.18
