Jess Francis

Jess Francis joined our team in 2019 as Executive Assistant to the Principal, Peter Catanzariti. Quickly recognised as a natural leader with extensive industry knowledge Jess then moved into the role of Director of Operations, Administration and Human Resources. In this position she is responsible for the operations of our offices, staff management and the administration team.

With 17 years industry experience, Jess has been fortunate enough to have gained experience in most roles within a real estate office - sales, property management, commercial, projects, accounts and administration.  This diverse experience serves her well with her current role.

Jess works behind the scenes to ensure that all our members can provide world class service to both internal and external clients.
