Jean’s zest for real estate rose from humble beginnings when, as an enthusiastic teenager, she worked weekends in a local real estate office in the South Highlands, in New South Wales. Confident that this was the path she wanted to take in life, she pursued a traineeship and then a full real estate license; her expertise and passion saw her head up a top real estate agency when she moved to the Gold Coast in 2003.
With a goal towards branching out and developing a client-focussed independent agency of her own, Jean successfully opened the doors to Jean Brown Properties in 2009. With her tenacious drive and dedication towards growth, the next 13 years would see her overcome industry obstacles, such as the Global Financial Crisis, to expand her business in to one of the largest and most successful real estates operating on the northern Gold Coast. In 2022, Jean made the move to merge her thriving agency with The Ray White Catanzariti Family Group, with a view to enhancing opportunities for both her team and her clients.
Jean brings to the team not just her vast real estate experience, but leadership skills that are an inspiration to many. Always looking at the industry through a progressive lens, Jean is driven towards the acquisition of new knowledge and skills; she is always searching for improved processes to produce premium outcomes for her team and her clients in an everchanging industry.
In her role as COO, Jean utilises her skills to monitor and maximise stratetic growth across all facets of the business, with a view to ensuring that the business is constantly evolving and expanding. As a previous business owner herself, Jean specialises in exploring future acquisition opportunities for the Ray White Catanzariti Family Group; a task that she has proven to be successful in.
When it comes to her clients Jean truly shines. Jean has, and always will believe in offering a boutique service. Now supporting a very large business, Jean places a lot of value in ensuring that the entire team offers a personalised client experience.
